Jam packed week of insights

Whats up everyone?

It's been an eventful week with no signs of slowing down as I prepare for my exciting trips to Miami, and Brazil(As i’m currently in orlando about to take a nap). Here’s a quick rundown of everything that’s been happening:

  • Production Hustle: We've successfully filmed the next four episodes of the "Heye Frequency Show" (check out Episode 1 if you haven't yet!) and captured content for our "Heye Life Vlog" series.

  • Pitch Preparation: I also prepared for my very first brand pitch as Co-founder of Heye Frequency Creative. Which went really well.

Amidst all these preparations, I made sure everything was packed for my international adventure, which I'm thrilled about!

Upon landing in Orlando at 7:50 AM, I grabbed my bags and checked into my hotel. I want to share how I maintain discipline while traveling, because its important to try to maintain something constructive if you can:

  • Hotel Gym: Before booking, I confirmed the hotel had a decent gym (a must for me!). I also requested a room on the first floor to minimize barriers to gym access, effectively reducing decision fatigue. I'm happy to report that my room is just a 45-second walk to the gym. No excuses!

  • Workout Motivation: Despite the exhaustion from my travels and a strong desire to skip my workout, I pushed through. This is part of my effort to rewire how I think about discipline. Yes, I'm tired, but I managed, and now I feel great for having done it.

This week also taught me the importance of slowing down to process everything. After such a packed schedule, it's crucial to reflect. Writing down where i can improve as a leader, how i can be more creative , and how i can stay in the moment more.

Looking Ahead:

I'm excited to eventually share details about the pitch I've been preparing once it’s finalized. Would you be interested in a deep dive into how I crafted this pitch?

It might be beneficial for any creatives working on pitches or client projects. Despite my 15 years in the creative field, I'm still learning, but I’m eager to share the insights I've gained.
