Launching Of A New Business
Its now two weeks into our Raise30 challenge that consist of this list below:
Rise Before the Sun (5 am - 6 am):
After enjoying 6-8 hours of restful sleep, embrace the tranquility of the morning. Rise and prepare to dive into your routine during the uninterrupted and distraction-free early hours.
(No electronics during this time)
Set Your Intentions:
Instead of immediately reaching for your phone and social media, establish the tone for your day by setting positive intentions. Declare that today will be great, productive, and filled with blessings. The initial five minutes of your day have the power to shape its trajectory, so make them count.
(Consider burning palo santo during this practice, but feel free to choose what aligns with your preferences and beliefs.)
Write Down 10 Things You're Grateful For:
Cultivate a positive mindset by expressing your gratitude in your Heye Frequency journal. List 10 things you're grateful for each day, and after jotting them down, take a moment to read them aloud. This practice can uplift your spirits and shift your focus to the positive aspects of life.
Workout for 1H:
Engage in physical activity tailored to your fitness level—whether it's calisthenics, walking, running, yoga, weight lifting, or any other exercise that gets your body moving.
Read at Least 10 Pages:
Dedicate time to self-improvement by reading at least 10 pages of a book focused on personal development, business, or education.
Follow A healthy Diet:
Choose a diet of your choice that is healthy and drink plenty of water. (During this challenge No alcohol, No Sodas, No Fast food, No Junk Food)
Replace 1H Of Entertainment With Education
Dedicate 1h of your day to a new skill, Side business, or goal. Ensure there are no distractions and prioritize focus during this time.
Reflection and Preparation:
Reflect on your day and create a to-do list for the following day. This preparation ensures a smooth start to your workday without unnecessary delays. Also, write what you learned either positive or negative from your day in your Heye Frequency Journal.
Stretch:
It’s important to prioritize flexibility and mobility, especially as you age. Incorporate stretching into your nighttime routine to maintain flexibility and improve circulation.
Meditate:
Quiet your mind and relax your body with meditation. Take this time to visualize your dreams and goals, fostering a sense of peace before bedtime.

We initiated the Raise30 Challenge at the top of the year, yet it remains a timeless invitation, open to all who seek transformation at any point in their lives. Often, I am asked about the driving force behind this challenge and my answer is deeply rooted in my core values. It stems from an intrinsic desire to improve myself and to extend that improvement to others. Leading by example, especially through the discomfort of change, is a profound way to inspire and assist others.
Throughout my journey, I've embraced various challenges, each one reinforcing my belief in resilience, strength, and self-betterment. This particular challenge, designed by us at Heye Frequency LLC, has ushered me into an unparalleled state of well-being and self-awareness. It's a daily learning experience, meticulously structured to ensure that each night, I am prepared for a fruitful tomorrow.
The essence of this challenge aligns seamlessly with the reason behind founding Heye Frequency LLC. I am driven by a conviction that impactful change begins with oneself. Currently, I am in a phase of life where serving others and contributing positively to the world is my primary focus. I am confident in the potential of this company to make significant strides and create meaningful change.
